Do you have a question, or otherwise need to get in touch with a manufacturer? Contacting a manufacturer for additional information is easy with BIMsmith.
1. Visit BIMsmith Market
The first thing you will need to do is visit BIMsmith Market.
2. Search for the manufacturer
In order to contact a manufacturer, start by searching for the manufacturer's name.
3. Select the manufacturer's logo to visit their Hub Page
Once you search for the manufacturer, you will need to locate their BIMsmith Hub Page. You can find them by looking for the word "manufacturer" under the name. (You can also click on the brand's name anywhere it appears throughout BIMsmith, including underneath product thumbnails.)
4. Click "Let's Talk"
After locating the manufacturer's hub page, you will be able to view their products, some information about them, and request to talk to them. You can find the "Let's Talk" button on the right-hand side of the page.
5. Submit Your Message
Once you click "Let's Talk," a dialog box will pop up where you will be able to send a request to the manufacturer.
